Cancellation or postponement of your reservation
You can cancel or postpone your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
If you cancel before this deadline, you will be fully reimbursed.
To do this, you can cancel or postpone your reservation online from your account.
If you do not have an account, please contact me by email at sabrina.beloufa@gmail.com.
Important: The time and date of receipt of the email are the definitive date.
Refund (booking paid online)
If you cancel your session more than 24 hours in advance and you paid online, the refund will be made automatically via the payment platform used when you made your reservation.
Important: The refund processing time depends on the payment platform and is usually out of my control. Please note that it may take several business days before the funds are credited back to your account.
Late cancellation
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged at the rate initially planned, and no refund will be made.
If you are unable to travel, and if my schedule allows it, I can offer you a consultation by videoconference at the same price.
No-show
In the event of non-attendance at a session without prior cancellation, the session will also be due.
It is important to note that an unexcused absence penalizes not only my organization, but also other clients who sometimes wait several weeks for a consultation. These absences significantly lengthen waiting times and can deprive other people of the support they need.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional situations, such as a medical emergency, may arise. In such cases, we will consider your cancellation request with the utmost sympathy.
